Another Melodic Minor Scale Relationship

Let’s see:

A – B - C – D – E – F# – G# – A

G# – (A) – Bb – C – D – E – F# – G#

So yeah, this is that scale that I call “whole tone with perfect 5th” (WT5), with A being the perfect 5th (minor 2nd in this case). Cool! I hadn’t thought of this linkage between WT5 and melodic minor before.
